Our sister company, Summit Lodge, has a strong track record of providing high-quality residential care for vulnerable people and those with complex and multiple needs.
Our support workers
All our support workers receive thorough induction and training. This ensures that they can meet at least the Fundamental Standards of Quality as laid down by the CQC. However, we also provide ongoing support and personal development opportunities, empowering them to enhance their skills and achieve well above and beyond those standards.
All our support workers are expected to:
- be courteous, helpful, reliable and punctual
- treat everyone equally, with dignity and respect for cultural differences
- wear a Breeze Care branded uniform and carry clear identification
- respect clients’ privacy and be discreet about their personal affairs.
