HIGH QUALITY CARE IN THE HOME
At Breeze Carers we help people maintain independence, despite facing physical or mental challenges because of age, disability, substance misuse or other health and wellbeing issues. Our highly trained support workers delivered tailored, one-to-one domiciliary care with kindness and compassion. This enables clients to remain in the homes they know and love, staying in touch with their local communities and friendship networks.
A personalised approach
We know that people’s needs vary considerably, from help with domestic activities, meals or personal care to support for more complex tasks such as self-administration of medication.
Our experienced and highly skilled support workers provide a wide range of practical services. Each care package is tailored to the needs of the individual, and services provided can be reviewed and remodelled at any time as the client’s needs change.
Who can benefit from our support?
Our services are available to adults (over the age of 18) with a range of needs, including those with mental or physical health issues or a history of substance abuse, as well as those with learning disabilities. Support can be provided with funding from the relevant local authority, via direct payments or through a self-funded package.
Our services
We’ve designed our portfolio of services to be flexible and modular. That means we can create a personalised care package tailored to the specific needs of the individual.
